True Prosperity Academy is a micro school and learning center in Hephzibah, GA built for ALL children — including those with IEPs, 504s, Level 1 & 2 Autism, and neurodivergent needs. One address. Every service your child deserves.
True Prosperity Academy was founded in 2020 because we noticed a critical gap: educational facilities that only taught students academically, leaving the whole child behind. We knew we could do better.
We accept all students. We specialize in developing neurodivergent learners. And we've built a center where children can receive their academic instruction AND their therapeutic services — speech, occupational therapy, ABA, and social emotional learning — all under one roof.
No more juggling multiple providers. No more gaps between school and therapy. Just one trusted place where your child is known, loved, and taught.
We don't turn children away. We build the environment around them.
We specialize in developing students whose brains work differently. Our staff is trained, our environment is designed, and our curriculum is adapted for how neurodivergent children learn best.
Our Specialty Learn More →We fully support Individualized Education Programs and 504 plans. Your child's accommodations are honored and built into every day at True Prosperity Academy — not an afterthought.
Fully Supported Learn More →Our micro school is designed specifically for children with Level 1 and Level 2 Autism. Structured environments, predictable routines, sensory considerations, and evidence-based practices throughout.

No Child Turned Away Learn More →Parents and caregivers are our partners. We communicate openly, involve you in your child's progress, and reduce the burden of coordinating multiple service providers across multiple locations.
One Stop for Families Learn More →Academic instruction, therapeutic services, and social development — all coordinated, all in one place.
Our flagship micro school program serves children ages 35 months to 9 years in a structured, nurturing environment designed for neurodivergent learners and children with Level 1 and Level 2 Autism. True Prosperity Academy can help families talk through possible funding options, eligibility questions, and documentation needed for school-based and therapy-related services. Funding availability depends on each child, family, insurance plan, and program rules.
Georgia Promise is an education savings account program for eligible Georgia K–12 students. Families may use approved funds toward nonpublic education expenses such as tuition, tutoring, and other qualified education costs.
Georgia Medicaid may cover medically necessary autism spectrum disorder assessment and treatment services for eligible members under age 21 when requirements are met.
The Katie Beckett Medicaid program may help certain children with disabilities receive Medicaid benefits while living at home, even when family income would otherwise be counted differently.
Georgia’s NOW and COMP waiver programs support eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through home- and community-based services.
Some families may be able to use private insurance benefits for therapy-related services such as speech, occupational therapy, behavioral supports, or related evaluations.
Families may also use private pay, family support funds, community grants, employer benefits, FSA/HSA funds, or other resources when available and allowed.
Families should not have to navigate funding alone. We can help you prepare the right questions for Medicaid, private insurance, Georgia Promise, waiver programs, and private-pay planning so you understand what may apply before enrollment begins.
We can help families identify what to ask their insurance plan, caseworker, or scholarship program before services begin.
Families may request tuition/service documentation, receipts, and program information needed for reimbursement or funding review.
Some families use more than one funding pathway. We can help you organize questions and next steps based on your child’s needs.
Funding information is provided for family planning only and does not guarantee eligibility, coverage, reimbursement, or approval. Families should confirm all requirements directly with Georgia Promise, Georgia Medicaid, DBHDD, their insurance carrier, or other funding administrators.
True Prosperity Academy was built by two people who saw a gap in education and decided to fill it — not for some children, but for all of them.
Erica Owens has been working with children since the age of 10 — it has always been her calling. After graduating high school she immediately pursued higher education, earning her Associate's in Business, Bachelor's in Business Management, and Master's in Education.
As a classroom teacher, Erica noticed that students didn't just learn from her — they loved learning from her. She began tutoring students labeled as "special education," not because others asked her to, but because she knew she could reach them when others walked away. True Prosperity Academy is the culmination of that conviction.
Talisha brings operational leadership and a shared passion for creating educational spaces that leave no child behind. Together with Erica, she co-founded True Prosperity Academy in 2026 to realize a vision that had been years in the making: a one-stop educational center where parents could find everything their child needed — academically, therapeutically, and developmentally — in one trusted place.
Her commitment to the mission is simple: every child deserves to be taught. Not managed. Not labeled. Taught.
Have questions about enrollment, services, or whether True Prosperity Academy is the right fit for your child? Reach out — we're here.
We'll reply within one business day.
